Here, I'm going to tell that where and how to create blog and then how to use it as a money making tool! To start a new blog without buying a domain choose Blogger. To do so, you need a google account, if you have it then direct loging at Blogger with that account and if not, then create a new account at Google, Now, after creating blog, write some articles which are unique, do not copy paste it from other sites! Because, unique article may lid your blog to google's search page! To make money from your blog, you need a great traffic at you site! So, crate some great articles and promote your blog at many sites, like forums, social sites e,g. Orkut etc. Now, choose some adsense program! This adsense program will provide advertisements on your page! This advertisements have pay per click program!
Means, when user visits to you site, if they find some interesting ads they will click on it to view the offer, and for this particular click, you will be paid by the adsense provider! To make a successful adsense, place ads at the very beginning of your page that user doesn't require to view it by scrolling! To make your blog too popular, add some useful gadgets, promote your articles at Digg.com , digg will provide a great traffic to your site! Now the much traffic you have, you will earn much more!

1. Google Adsense - To start this, go you blogger's dash board and click Monitorize!

2. Adbrite - Its a nice adsense site! I think, Its as powerful as Google! Create a adbrite publisher account here!

3. Bidvertiser - Create a free "Publisher" account at Bidvertiser and then give your blog's address and the perfect category! After that you will receive ads from Bidvertiser, promote this ads at you page by adding a "HTML / JAVASCRIPT WIDGET" at you blog!
